In the buildup to the Esri Cup 2011, many teams are going to play friendly games starting November 13 at Moore Middle School. Click here for a map of Moore Middle School as well as Crafton Elementary (site of the finals Dec 10)

How to sign up

Teams must complete and submit the registration form with payment to Barbara Ray (Esri building R1-075) by Friday, November 11, 2011 to secure a spot in the tournament. Spaces are limited. First come, first served.

Individual players can send an email to esricup@esri.com to be added to a list of available players. Team captains will have access to this list to help fill any available spots on their rosters.

Qualifying Round (3 games guaranteed, round robin)

· Game 1 – 9:00am

· Game 2 – 9:45am

· Game 3 – 10:30am

· Game 4 – 11:15am

Playoff Round

· Semifinals – 12:15pm (knockout)

· Finals – 1:15pm
